If you are experiencing feelings such as stress, depression or anxiety don't worry, this is very normal and there is lots of support available for you.
Worcestershire Talking Therapies
Worcestershire Talking Therapies is a self-referral service and can support people to access talking therapies, group support or online courses to support their mental wellbeing.
If you live in Worcestershire, are over the age of 16 and registered with a GP call: 0300 302 13 13 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm exc Bank Holidays)
Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
If you're under the age of 16 you can access support from Reach4Wellbeing or CAMHS.
Reach4Wellbeing provide short-term group programmes for children and young people age 5-18 experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and low mood. If you're over the age of 13 you can refer yourself into their service, and if you're under the age of 13 your parents/carer or teacher will be able to help you with this. ChatHealth
Young people in Worcestershire can speak to their School Health Nurse via text message for confidential advice and support on a variety of issues, including bullying, emotional health, relationship problems, alcohol and drugs. ChatHealth is available between 9:00am -5:00pm Monday - Friday via 07507331750.
Charities and national organisations
SHOUT
If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, trained volunteers are there for you, day or night.
Text “SHOUT” to 85258 for free confidential anonymous text based support, available 24/7.
Kooth
Kooth is a safe and confidential digital platform which offers free online counselling for young people in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Moderated online forums provide a safe space for young people to speak to peers about their worries and concerns.
Kooth also offers 24 hour access to self-help guides and wellbeing resources, such as a mood tracker and goal setting tools.

Text YM to 85258 24/7 support across the UK if you are a young person experiencing a mental health crisis.

Childline
The NSPCC has launched a new Childline campaign ‘We All Feel It’, which supports young people, particularly males, struggling to reach out for mental health support. Young people can access Childline resources online to find new ways to cope with thoughts and feelings, and to contact Childline to talk about what they’re going through.
